Zero Footprint: All data is handled strictly through encrypted communication channels.
No Data Retention: Absolutely nothing is stored, logged, or saved after our arrangements are finalized.
Seamless Integration: Vetting is handled swiftly and silently, leaving no trace behind.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Retainers & Cancellation
Time is an absolute luxury, and the only asset that cannot be replicated. To ensure undivided focus and secure your chosen placement on my calendar, a non-refundable retainer is required for all confirmed arrangements.
Standard Engagements: Determined by appointment length and type
Extended Stays: 50% retainer required for all Overnights
Travel Excursions: 50% retainer plus all travel expenses required for FMTY / DMTY.
All retainers are seamlessly applied toward the final balance of our encounter

I understand that dynamic schedules can shift unexpectedly. Because a reservation holds my calendar exclusively for you—preventing other engagements—the following tiered cancellation structure applies. Retainers paid will be automatically allocated toward these fees:
72 Hours or More Notice: No additional fee required.
24 to 48 Hours Notice: Room amendment fee equal to 50% of the total appointment cost.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Room amendment fee equal to 100% of the total appointment cost.
Please note: Any remaining cancellation balances must be settled in full within 24 hours of notice.

MY GUARANTEE
In the exceptionally rare event that I must cancel our arrangements for any reason, your retainer will be immediately refunded to you in full, or it may be seamlessly transferred toward our next scheduled visit at your preference.
